WE created glute camp to provide a solution that actually works based on validated principles and expert coaching, not social media influencers or goofy ads.
Glute camp is a laser-targeted program for anyone who wants to strengthen and grow their glutes, not their legs or other areas. achieving this requires a precise approach and a minimum of 6 weeks of consistent work.
At the outset of the program, we’ll review your specific goals and assess your current status. we’ll measure, monitor, and motivate throughout your journey and provide all the resources you’ll need to transform your figure in 6-12 weeks. all you need to do is follow the program we lay out and trust our process!
GETTING STARTED IS EASY - SIGN UP FOR AN OPEN CLASS BELOW. ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY AND WE’ll CONDUCT YOUR INITIAL ASSESSMENT. BECAUSE OF THE NATURE OF THE PROGRAM, A MINIMUM OF 6 WEEK COMMITMENT IS REQUIRED AFTER YOUR FIRST CLASS!
