Want coached sessions every time you train? That's the Apex program - full private training with complete hands-on guidance.

Want strategic touchpoints monthly or weekly? Foundation or Peak - you execute independently between sessions with full facility access, supervised training windows when you need support, and everything tracked in the app.

Want flexibility to scale up and down? The Ascent system adapts. More sessions when you're prepping for something. Less when you're traveling. It's not rigid.

    One strategic session every four weeks - your performance checkpoint. Use it to redesign programming, refine technique, test progress, plan around travel, integrate sport-specific work, or address what needs the most attention that cycle. Between sessions: unlimited facility access, weekly supervised training windows, custom programming through the app, and direct communication with your coach.

    For: Experienced trainees who execute independently but need strategic program design and periodic recalibration.

    Peak

    Four strategic sessions per cycle. Deploy them how it makes sense - front-load a new training phase, cluster around competition prep, maintain weekly momentum, or adapt month-to-month based on what's happening in your schedule. Everything from Base, with more frequent touchpoints when they matter.

    For: Faster progress timelines, event preparation, or maintaining accountability during high-pressure periods.

    Apex

    Sixteen sessions per cycle - four coached sessions per week. Every training day has direct oversight. Adjustments happen in real-time, not weeks later. Priority scheduling, comprehensive integration of training, nutrition, recovery, and performance metrics. Nothing is left to chance.

    Elite

    Fully customized structure for specific circumstances. Invitation only.

    Text us or book your Day Zero Session. That's it. No discovery call. No sales pitch. Day Zero isn't a stock presentation - it's specific to what you're trying to fix. We test what matters for your situation, show you what the data says, discuss what adjustments make sense. Then you decide if working together makes sense

    Step 2: You show up for Day zero.

    Day Zero is specific to what you're chasing. We test what's relevant to your situation, then present the objective solutions - because there are always multiple ways to solve a problem. We'll show you the different paths, explain what each requires, and help you see which approach fits best.

    Step 3: We build your complete plan.

    This is where it gets different from what else is out there. We don't just hand you a training tier and call it done. Based on Day Zero, we map out everything that needs to happen: training structure (Base, Peak, or Apex), but also the integrated pieces - physical therapy referrals if needed, nutrition and lifestyle adjustments, sport-specific instruction for golf or whatever you're training for, equipment recommendations, movement work, recovery protocols.

    We have a network of world-class specialists we work with. If you need input beyond what we handle in the gym, we'll tell you and connect you with the right people. This is a complete, unbiased plan built around getting you where you want to go - not just selling you what we offer.
